Laurel Slaughter Odelein

Laurel Slaughter Odelein was elected to the SFA Board in 2014. She is currently serving as the 20 + store representative. She has been a Supercuts franchisee for 25 years and currently operates 49 stores in 2 states. Laurel has been recognized as Franchisee of the Year twice, she has received the Community Service Award multiple years, and in her home market of
Pittsburgh, her franchise operation has been named a Top Workplace of the region for seven consecutive years.

A graduate of The University of Colorado, Boulder, Laurel began her career in finance and marketing. She
co-founded her Supercuts franchise in 1992 and became the sole owner and president in 2009. Through her work on
the board, as well as within her own business, Laurel strives to strengthen the Supercuts HSA, help launch successful
and purposeful marketing campaigns within her region, support and offer guidance to new and expanding franchisees, and protect the interests of all Supercuts franchisees.

Laurel serves on several charitable boards and education committees in Pittsburgh, and enjoys traveling and
spending time with her husband and three children.
