Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued until April 9. There will be no refunds issued after that and all refund requests must sent to: Supercuts Franchisee Association - 26470 Ruether Avenue, Suite 109, Santa Clarita, CA 91350 or 661-251-6444; SAPPHIRE@SVI35.COM

All major credit cards accepted.

If you would like to pay by check or invoice, you must first contact the SFA office to receive a special code to use during registration.

Vendor check-in and shipping instructions will be made available in early March.


What time should I plan to arrive?

  • Golfers - Optional golfing (see below for details) will be on Sunday morning.
    New franchisees - Meeting begins at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday
    Vendors - Check-in and set-up begins at 1:00 p.m.
    All attendees - Welcome Reception is 5:00 p.m. on Sunday

I'm interested in playing golf with the group on Sunday, what are the details?

Pascale and Mark Muscatello are graciously working on your behalf to set up a fun golf event for Sunday morning.

What is the dress code?

Welcome Reception/Cocktail Party - Dressy Casual
Meetings - Business Casual
Dinner Dance - Theme TBD

What meals are included in my registration?

Sunday - Drinks and appetizers
Monday - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Tuesday - Breakfast and Lunch


How is the conference location selected?

Each year the SFA board has many things to consider when picking a location including but not limited to cost, and meeting and vendor space availability. If you are interested in supporting in the planning of the conference next year, please reach out to any board member while in Denver.

What time should I arrange to leave on Tuesday?

The meeting will end midday on Tuesday @ 4, allowing for evening flights.

If my wife/husband/son/daughter is joining me in Denver but not attending the meetings can they join for the dinner dance or meals?

In order to maintain the low cost of the conference, the SFA works very hard to negotiate costs with the venue based on actual number of meeting attendees. Unfortunately, we cannot absorb the costs of extra meals for your guests. If you are interested in having one of your guests join the group for a meal or the dinner dance, you MUST contact Cheryl Robinson prior to April 16 and she can add a supplemental charge to your registration.

Denver, Colorado is a walkable, outdoor city with 300 days of sunshine, brilliant blue skies and breathtaking mountain scenery. Denver is located at the base of the majestic Rocky Mountains, exactly one mile above sea level.

Direct rail service from Denver International Airport to Denver Union Station is a 37-minute trip and costs $9 each way.
